SHOP POLICIES

I love making jewelry and I'm so happy I can share it with you!  I imagine you are here because you are interested in adding one of my works to your collection or to that of someone who is dear to you. Here are a few important things to know when purchasing from my shop.

Some of the items in my shop may be made to order. This means I don't have them in stock and they need to be cast, fabricated and sized for you. Everything from wax working and casting to shipping and updating the website is handled by me.  The listing will be clearly marked if not in-stock. Please be aware that it may take up to three weeks for your jewelry to ship depending on my schedule, however most pieces will be headed to you within two weeks. I am happy to honor rush orders if I am able. This may be indicated in a message when you order, or you can email me ahead of your purchase to see if I am able to expedite the items you would like to purchase.

I am always open to custom orders. These requests will be reviewed and discussed via email. Time frames on custom pieces may be very long depending on the nature of the design, I appreciate your patience. If I don't answer a custom request within one week I may have missed the message, so please contact me again.

I hope that you are very happy with your handmade jewelry. However, in the event that the piece you ordered is not the right fit, or if you have any other issues with your purchase, please contact me via email.
 
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Sale items are final sale. Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

I do repair jewelry.  All repair requests are handled on a case by case basis and there will be a small fee depending on the nature of the repair.

Orders are shipped via USPS priority. All packages are shipped insured up to $50.00, packages within the US will have tracking numbers. If you want additional insurance on your package please contact me for additional charges.

approximate shipping times are as follows:
   united states:  3 business days for priority.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave my possession.

International shipping is expensive.
International Priority starts at $24.95 and can go up to $40.00 depending on the destination. Has tracking.

First class starts at $10.00 and can go up to $15.00+. depending on the weight and size of the package. However there is NO tracking on this.

How should I care for my Jewelry?

As with all jewelry, please wear with care. It's best not to wear it while sleeping, swimming, bathing, washing dishes or other rough work with your hands. It's best to avoid coming into contact with soaps or chemicals that may be harsh, applying hand lotion and spraying perfumes on pieces is also discouraged. Please take extra care when wearing rings with prongs or necklaces with sharp claws, as both are very delicate. Be careful while putting on a sweater with claw jewelry or going through your pockets will help avoid snagging.

A note on bronze: The look of gold, without the price! Most people experience a green or black mark on their skin while wearing bronze this is a natural harmless chemical reaction. Keeping your hands dry and avoiding showering, washing and swimming while wearing a bronze ring will minimize the color. You can also apply a thin layer of clear nail polish to the inside of the band to prevent this from happening.
