How do I make a purchase?

Simply click on the product you want and add it to your cart. Don't forget to include your ring size or preferred finish where available.

All transactions in this store are processed by PayPal, so you can shop securely with confidence.

Once your item has been sent we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package's shipment.
 

I don't know my ring size, what should I do?

To obtain your ring size you can go to your local jewellery shop to have your finger sized. Measuring your finger with string or paper will not produce accurate measurements; order at your own risk if using sizes obtained in this manner.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the size ordered is the size that fits them best, we cannot be held responsible for ill fit if the ring has been made to the size ordered.
 

Do you do rush orders?

We understand that sometimes there is a need for last minute 'emergency' orders, so we can try to accommodate rush orders with a small added charge to cover our resources.

Please get in touch to register your interest, and we will see what we can do for you. Of course it's always best to allow as much time as you possibly can for production especially in the case of Made to Order items.

Rush Orders are not available during peak retail periods (for example Christmas).


I really need this delivered quickly, can you do it?

Yes! We can deliver items using express expedited services (ie. FedEx / Express) if required. The price will vary according to how many items you purchase and where the items will be shipped to. Please get in touch before placing your order and we will create a custom listing for you to reflect the changes in shipping charge.


Do you accept repair jobs?

We only accept requests for repair jobs concerning pieces which have been bought from us through this online store, my Etsy Shop and locations that sell my jewels.

I care deeply about the quality of my work and want you to be very happy with it. I wear what I make to ensure that it is comfortable and sits well. Although I often use unconventional materials and techniques, I do everything I can to make my jewelry as solidly as possible. Should a piece break in the course of everyday wear, I will do my best to repair it free of charge, but depending on the repair there may be a small fee to repair the item... please be aware that many antique and vintage components used in my designs are unique and irreplaceable.

So please get in touch to make your inquiry. Please note that depending on our production schedule, we may not be able to take on all requests for free repairs.


Packaging and Presentation

I decorate all of my own packaging using Eco-friendly materials whenever possible.  Every item will arrive carefully gift wrapped in packaging that is hand-decorated by me.

A handwritten gift label accompanies each piece detailing its components for the Dream Circle pieces. Some ancient or historic components have their own information sheet. Dream Circle Spirit Beads arrive with their own article describing what they are and suggestions for their use.

I encourage you to reuse or recycle all of my packaging items.
 

Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns on Ready to Ship items (excluding pierced items such as Earrings) providing the item has been returned unused and unworn within 7 days from receipt and is in its original condition. Made to Order, Bespoke, as well as Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Every piece has been hand crafted with care. We would never send out a piece that we didn't believe you would love. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we'd like to hear from you so please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Where do you acquire the bones for your pieces?

We get our animal bones and parts from sources like Paxton's Gate, natural history museum stores, pow wows and other various places. We always make sure they were ethically sourced and are from naturally deceased animals. We only use one of the bones/skulls/series of claws and make a mold from it to do all of our castings. The mold is injected with wax and then we use those in the "lost wax" casting process. There isn't actually a bone in our finished product, it's all sterling silver, or bronze.

Also used for some of my pieces is PMC clay to make direct imprints from nature. This direct mold is then fired in a kiln. Pieces made this way are one of a kind and are either .999 pure silver, copper or bronze pieces. Many of my Dream Circle components made for my Spirit Beads are made using PMC Clay.
